The pathogenesis of neurogenic tinnitus is not fully understood. Based on the theory of "all diseases originate from Qi", the article points out that Qi stagnation may be the key pathogenesis. By exploring the etiology, pathogenesis, and syndrome differentiation treatment of neurogenic tinnitus, and using traditional Chinese medicine psychological low resistance thought induction psychotherapy (TIP), the article provides new ideas and new methods for the treatment of neurological tinnitus.
