The theory of psychosomatic diseases in Chinese medicine is derived from the yellow emperor’s internal canon of medicine, in which "holism of body and spirit, and emotion causing disorder" laid the foundation for the theory of emotional disease. Excessive emotional ambition can cause internal injuries to internal organs and blood, which in turn affects the occurrence and development of vitiligo. Therefore, in the treatment process of vitiligo, it is necessary to treat both body and mind at the same time. Combined therapy is used to treat vitiligo with Xiaoyao-Fuse Decoction and psychotherapy, in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of vitiligo.
