Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the optimized traditional Chinese medicine treatment scheme for agkistrodon halys bite;.Methods: Review and study the data of hospitalized patients bitten by agkistrodon halys,according to the different treatment schemes of traditional Chinese medicine,the cases that meet the inclusion criteria are divided into the control group of 87 cases and the test group of 82 cases.The control group adopted the optimized traditional Chinese medicine treatment scheme,and the test group adopted the optimized traditional Chinese medicine treatment scheme,both groups cooperated with conventional western medicine treatment,and statistically compared the degree of swelling and pain of injured limbs,symptom and sign scores,inflammatory indicators,organ function indicators,cure rate and cure time.Results:The treatment effect of the test group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05) in terms of the degree of swelling and pain of injured limbs,the time of symptom disappearance,and the score of symptoms and signs;On the 6th day after treatment,WBC、N%、CRP、ALT、AST、Cr、NGAL and CK-MB decreased in both groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and CRP、ALT、AST、Cr、NGAL decreased more significantly in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05),however, in terms of reducing CK-MB,the effects of the two groups were similar,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the cure rate of the test group(97.5%,80/82) was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.5%,77/87)(P<0.05),and the cure time of the test group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized Chinese medicine treatment plan for agkistrodon halys bite can quickly relieve the swelling and pain of the limbs and the systemic symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,and improve the function of important organs.It has good clinical effect and is worthy of clinical application.
