Abstract:Objective: To determine 11 components in Sanhuang Capsule by HPLC as a quality control method. Methods: The chromatographic column was selected Agilent Extend-C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-phosphoric acid aqueous solution with pH 2.5 was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a rate of 1 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results: The average recoveries were 99.15%~117.31%. The average content of berberine hydrochloride, baicalin, quercetin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin, aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, and physcion were 10.14±0.93、12.88±1.12、1.71±0.17、2.78±0.22、0.27±0.17、0.20±0.06、0.21±0.04、0.53±0.04、0.35±0.09、0.61±0.12、0.23±0.04 mg/grain. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable and reproducible, and can be used as the quality control standard of Sanhuang Capsule.
