In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and changes in marriage concepts, the age of marriage and childbirth has been comprehensively postponed, leading to an increasing incidence of infertility worldwide. With the rapid development of assisted reproductive technology, External fertilization embryo transfer technology has become a blessing for infertile patients, which has significantly increased the clinical pregnancy rate of infertile patients. However, some patients still cannot successfully conceive after multiple high-quality embryo transfers, which makes patients face huge psychological burden and economic pressure. Therefore, it is urgent to find more effective treatment methods to help these patients achieve their reproductive aspirations. The current treatment of traditional Chinese medicine runs through the entire process of assisted reproduction. This article believes that there is a coupling effect between collateral stasis and microcirculation blood flow. From the theory of collateral stasis, the crux of RIF patients is explored, thereby improving blood flow perfusion in the uterus, reducing uterine artery blood flow resistance, increasing patient embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate. This provides a strong basis for the clinical application and research of precise intervention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.
