Abstract:The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in Chinese medicine colleges has played an obvious role in the growth of students, but there are still some problems. This paper takes the tutorial system of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine as the research object, through the way of questionnaire survey, to understand the needs and feedback of students under this system; Through interviews, the author grasped the dilemma and suggestions of teachers in undertaking the work related to tutors, comprehensively understood the implementation status of the undergraduate tutorial system, deeply analyzed the problems existing in the implementation and explored the reasons, and put forward corresponding optimization countermeasures based on the actual education of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
