    摘要:

    在中医药院校中推行本科生导师制在学生成长成才中起到了明显作用,但仍存在一些问题。本文以云南中医药大学本科生导师制为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,了解学生在这一制度之下的需求与反馈;通过访谈方式,掌握教师在承担导师相关工作中的困境和建议,全面了解本科生导师制的实施现状,深度分析其在实施中存在的问题并探究原因,结合中医药院校育人实际,提出相应的优化对策。

    Abstract:

    The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in Chinese medicine colleges has played an obvious role in the growth of students, but there are still some problems. This paper takes the tutorial system of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine as the research object, through the way of questionnaire survey, to understand the needs and feedback of students under this system; Through interviews, the author grasped the dilemma and suggestions of teachers in undertaking the work related to tutors, comprehensively understood the implementation status of the undergraduate tutorial system, deeply analyzed the problems existing in the implementation and explored the reasons, and put forward corresponding optimization countermeasures based on the actual education of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
