Abstract:Objective: To investigate the temperature sensitization of back Fei-shu, Xin-shu, Gan-shu, Pi-shu and Shen-shu in spastic cerebral palsy (SCP) based on infrared thermal imaging. Methods: 85 SCP patients who met the inclusion criteria were recruited, and the temperature of five backshu points on their back was detected by infrared thermal imager. The sensitization of acupoints was investigated and compared with 85 healthy subjects. Results: Compared with healthy subjects, the temperature of Feishu, Xinshu, Ganshu, Pishu and Shenshu on the back of SCP patients was lower (P < 0.05), and the threshold value of acupoint sensitization existed. The sensitization rate of five back shu points in SCP children was higher than that in normal children. Among them, Gan Shu, Shen Shu and spleen Shu were positively correlated with MAS scale score. Conclusion: Spastic cerebral palsy (SCP) is sensitized at Shu point in the back, and the sensitization rate is associated with the disease condition, which can provide reference for the auxiliary diagnosis and disease evaluation of CP.
