This paper introduces Professor Zhang Xiaolin’s clinical experience in treating chronic gastritis with liver stomach disharmony. Professor Zhang Xiaolin believes that the main causes of this disease are spleen and stomach weakness, loss of wood Qi, and liver depression affecting the spleen. The use of Peitu Rongmu method to treat this syndrome can have the effects of invigorating the spleen and stomach, nourishing blood and softening the liver, and regulating liver wood. The formula is Chaishao Liujun Tang combined with Guipi Tang with add and substract to cut treatment, achieving good clinical efficacy.
