The article analysised the freeback question from clinic apply of syndrome research inventory in clinical scientific research at present.The article pointed that the syndrome research inventory cannot display the Integration theory of TCM,inability satisfied the requisition of differentiation zheng,did not easy to manipulate,difficult to determin conclusion of differentiation zheng.Its purpose was to ensure the robjective and normalization research of syndrome to possess autochthonous feature,and to set up unity and objective diagnostic criteria of Syndrome.
