Object:To observe the efficacy of yinzhi anorectal fumigation lotion on acute attack of hemorrhoids.Methods:180 cases of hemorrhoids were randomized treatment group of 120 cases were treated for yinzhi anorectal fumigation lotion,control group of 60 cases were treated for Ma Ying-Long Jin Hyun Hemorrhoid Washing powder,were observed the time-effects and treatment-effects on pain,hemafecia,dropsy,mucosal changes.Results:The treatment of pain,hemafecia,the average onset time,the average elimination time,the treatment group were better than the control group(P＜005).After 7d,two groups hemafecia,mucous membrane changes no significant difference in scores decreased(P＞005）,pain,dropsy scores decreased,the treatment group were better than the control group,Significant efficiency of treatment group and control group(P＜005)were 783% and 633%,treatment group was better than the control group(P＜005).Conclusion:data from study showed yinzhi anorectal fumigation lotion is rapid onset and significant effective in the treatment of acute hemorrhoids.
