During the Ming and Qing dynasties，color inspection of TCM diagnostic methods inherited the predecessors’ theory,enrich and perfect the theory contents.There are also lots of monographs about inspection theory to enrich the TCM theory of color inspection.According to the monographs,this paper summarized the specific contents of the color inspection theory of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
