The article analyzed the 83 prescriptions collected in The Volume for Treatment the Women various diseases in Taiping Benevolent Dispensary Bureau Prescriptions，and pointed out that the prescriptions had following Characteristics：the prescriptions were comprised by ancient effective prescriptions，contemporary valid prescriptions and timely supplemented prescriptions；many of the medicinal herbs were pungent in taste and warm in nature to complement the qi and blood；the common types of prescriptions were pills，powders and decoctions；the methods of preparation and the means of administration were variable to tune the prescription for a specific condition. The academic thoughts inherited the characteristics of attention births originated form Han and Tang Dynasty，and initially formed the theory of Woman adjust the blood.
