    摘要:

    目的:研究毛喉鞘蕊花(Coleus forskohlii)的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱,Rp-18反相柱色谱,LH-20凝胶柱色谱,制备HPLC及重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,运用NMR等波谱方法鉴定了其结构。结果:从毛喉鞘蕊花提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别是迷迭香酸(1),oresbiusinA(2),(E)-ferulic acid 4-O-β-D-glucoside(3),2α,3β,19β,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucoside(4),异佛司可林(5),1,6-二乙酰-9-去氧佛司可林(6)和β-谷甾醇(7)。结论:化合物1-4为首次从毛喉鞘蕊花中分离到。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To study the chemical constituents of coleus forskohlii.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified using column chromatographies and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectra analysis.Results:Seven compounds were isolated from C.forskohlii including three phenols, two diterpenoids,and one triterpenoid saponin.The seven compounds were identified as rosmarinic acid(1),oresbiusin A(2),(E)-ferulic acid 4-O-β-D-glucoside(3),2α,3β,19β,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucoside(4), isoforskolin(5),1,6-diacetoxy-9-deoxyforskolin(6),and β-sitosterol(7).Conclusion:Compounds 1-4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
