Objective:To observe the XiaoJi YinZi flavored the curative effect of kidney disease treatment IgA hematuria.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in,to tripterygium wilfordii much glucoside every time 20 mg,daily 3 oral; Double its 50 mg of mo,3 times a day oral; Moderate doses of hormone(prednisone 30～40mg)oral.The treatment group in the control group add XiaoJi based on YinZi flavored observed the clinical effect.Results:The treatment group total effectiveness 93.33%,the control group total effectiveness 73.33% clinical curative effect was better than control.Conclusion:XiaoJi YinZi flavored has the very good to eliminate the effect of IgA nephropathy hematuria.
