Abstract:Objective:To research the chemical constitutes isolated from the leaves and twigs of Aphanamixis grandifolia. Methods:The leaves and twigs of A.grandifolia were extracted with 95% ethanol, which was suspended in water and then extracted successively with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate part was extensively separated over a series of chromatographic methods, including silica gel, RP-18,and Sephadex LH-20.These compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis(MS, NMR,and so on). Results: Six compounds,[aromadendrane-4β,10β-diol(I), spathulenol(Ⅱ), eudesm-4(15)-ene-1β,6α-diol(Ⅲ), 3α-cimnamoyloxykaur-16-en-19-oicacid(Ⅳ), phillygenin(V),3-methoxybenzoic-4-hydroxy acid(Ⅵ).] were isolated and identified. Conclusion:Six compounds were all isolated from genus Aphanamixis for the first time.
