天麻成分抗花生四烯酸诱导的家兔体外血小板聚集活性研究

    摘要:

    目的:观察天麻成分抗花生四烯酸(Arachidonic Acid,AA)诱导的家兔体外血小板聚集作用,明确其作用物质基础。方法:以天麻乙酸乙酯部位分离提取得到的B、C、D成分以及天麻素为研究对象,采用比浊法测定4个成分抗AA诱导的家兔体外血小板聚集作用。结果:天麻B、C、D成分高浓度(04mg·mL-1)对AA诱导的家兔血小板聚集均有抑制作用,IC50分别为0104,0163,0263mg·mL-1,以天麻B成分抑制作用较强,并呈现一定的浓度依赖。天麻素5个浓度组与对照组比,对AA诱导的家兔体外血小板聚集的聚集率差异均无显著性意义。结论:天麻B、C、D成分均具有一定的抗AA诱导的家兔体外血小板聚集作用,以B成分抑制作用较强。在本研究浓度下,天麻素作用不明显。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To observe the effects of the compounds from gastrodia on anti-platelets aggregation induced by AA in vitro and define its material base. Methods: Anti-platelets aggregation effects of B、C、D separated from the ethyl acetate extracted parts of Gastrodia elata Blume and gastrodin were observed by light transmission in vitro. AA was used as inducers. Results: Compounds B、C、D all had some effects on anti-platelets aggregation at high concentration(04 mg·mL-1), IC50 is 0104、0163、0263mg·mL-1. The inhibition of compound B was much stronger and presented certain concentration dependence. Gastrodin had no significant effects on rabbit blood platelets aggregation induced by AA in vitro. Conclusion: Compounds B、C、D all had some effects on anti-platelets aggregation, among which, compound B was much stronger. Gastrodin had no significant effects at the same concentration.
