In order to promote the process of globalization of TCM, the article proposed to promote the suggestions of the globalization of TCM based on the analysis of the present situations .motivations and predicaments of the globalization of TCM. The research found that the globalization of TCM is inevitable trend of the times and TCM must grasp the opportunity and rule of the globalization, to promote a sustained, rapid and healthy development of the globalization of TCM .
