Observe the curative effect of clinical signs and symptoms of nosebleed with cooling blood and hemostasis decoction and evaluating its effectiveness. Methods 144 patients were randomly and double-blindly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group covers 72 examples applying treatment of the cooling blood and hemostasis decoction with one dose of the drugs per day for 7 consecutive days. The comparison group covers 72 examples applying treatment of Adrenobazonum tablet 5mg ,vitamin C 02g oral ingestion , 3 times a day for 7 consecutive days. Comparing the result in two observation groups. Results: The curative effect of the treatment group is better than the comparison group, two groups of comparisons has significant difference (P<001). Conclusions Cooling blood and hemostasis decoction is curative and effective on the treatment of nosebleed with non-toxic side effects and adverse reaction.
