Objective To understand the trait and law of the adverse reaction of the Chinese medicine injection and provide reference for the rational use of drugs in clinical practice. Methods The 72 ADR reports of the Chinese medicine injection during 2010~2012 in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively，Statistics analysis of the ADR patients about their gender，age，route of administration，system-organ，varieties and classification of the involved Chinese medicine injection，etc. Results The number of ADR cases from old patients over 60 years was the largest，accounting for 26. 39% of the total cases；70 cases of the 72 ADR patients adopted venous administration；72 ADR cases were caused by the 6 classes in 17 varieties of the Chinese medicine injection，involved 6 human boby systems. Conclusion The hospital should pay attention to the adverse reaction of the Chinese medicine injection，Strengthen the management of the rational use of drugs，Try to avoid or reduce the occurrence of the adverse reaction of the Chinese medicine injection.
