Objective To observe the clinical effect of Minor Decoction of Bupleurum（Xiaochaihu Tang） Combined with acupuncture for treatment of perimenopausal women syndrome of stagnation of Liver-qi type of cervical vertigo. Methods 180 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups with 60 cases in each group， the treatment group 1 for Minor Bupleurum Decoction treatment；treatment group 2 received Minor Bupleurum Decoction and routine acupuncture therapy； the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture； observe for a period of 20 days， then the clinical curative effect evaluation. Results Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the three groups， the treatment group and 1 in the control group， there was significant difference between the two groups of curative effect of P<0.01； the 2 group and the control group， there was significant difference between the two groups of curative effect of treatment of P<0.01； the 1 group and the treatment group 2， a difference of P<0.05 two groups of curative effect.Conclusion Minor Decoction of Bupleurum Combined with acupuncture for treatment of perimenopausal women syndrome of stagnation of Liver-qi type cervical vertigo has obvious curative effect in clinic.
