ABSTRACT： Chronic Non-communicable Diseases（chronic disease）has become the main cause of global death and disability. But it is how to early diagnosis and early treatment and standardized management，has not yet found a good starting point. According to the different physical types or status，constitution of TCM can diagnose early，design the constitutional conditioning scheme，control the risk factors of chronic diseases，interpose bias physical status，conduct pathogenic，pre-clinical and clinical prevention，and provide a powerful tool for chronic disease management. The article points out the study direction of constitution interposing the chronic diseases. We should develop evaluation guide of chronic disease which based on constitution of TCM，formulate three prevention guides of constitution of TCM and chronic disease，and build the intervention assessment system of constitution of TCM.
