Objective The purpose of this study is that investigate clinical treatment effects of patients with pelvic adhesions infertility after laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine（Tong chang zhu yun prescription）. Methods Selected 60 cases diagnosed with pelvic adhesions infertility， which were divided into two groups randomly， treatment group（laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine） and control group（laparoscopic surgery only）， 30 cases of each group. 6 months for a course of treatment， track for 1 year. Results The comprehensive efficacy of treatment group was 96.67%； the control group was 76.67%. the difference had statistically significant. Conclusion There was certain clinical efficacy use traditional Chinese medicine（Tong chang zhu yun prescription） combined with laparoscopic surgery treat pelvic adhesions infertility.
