    目的 观察推拿是否促进缺血缺氧性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)幼鼠生长发育,以寻求有效干预HIE的手段。方法 将新生SD幼鼠随机分为对照组(n=12)、模型组(n=13)和推拿组(n=12)。选择出生后第3天(3-day-postnatal,P3)的幼鼠,采用单侧颈总动脉结扎联合缺氧的方法制备HIE模型,造模后2d(P5)开始进行脊柱推拿干预;对各组幼鼠的体质量、睁眼时间和耳朵张开时间进行检测,并进行步态实验和负向趋地实验。结果 与对照组比较,模型组幼鼠体重均显著降低(P<0.01、P<0.05),而推拿组幼鼠体重比模型组明显增加(P<0.01、P<0.05);与对照组比较,模型组幼鼠睁眼时间、耳朵展开时间和步态反射出现的时间均较延长(P<0.05);而推拿组幼鼠睁眼时间、耳内展开时间和步态反射出现的时间均明显缩短(P<0.01、P<0.05)。与对照组比较,模型组幼鼠爬至倾斜板顶端所需时间均显著长于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05),而推拿组幼鼠爬至倾斜板顶端所需时间比模型组缩短(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论 脊柱推拿可以促进HIE幼鼠的生长发育,可能成为干预脑缺血缺氧性疾病的有效手段之一。

    Abstract:

    Objective To observe whether massage can promote growth and development of pups with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in order to seek effective means of intervention of HIE. Methods The newborn SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n=12), model group(n=13) and the massage group(n=12). HIE model with the pups after birth for three days (3-day-postnatal, P3) was prepared using total unilateral carotid artery ligation combined hypoxia. The pups in the the massage group undergone spinal massage intervention. The levels of weight and the time of opening eyes and ears open of all newborn rats were evaluated, respectively. The gait and negative chemotaxis experiments were done at the same time. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of weight of newborn rats in the model group were significantly increased (P<0. 01, P<0. 05), whereas this phenomenon was reversed by spinal massage(P<0.01, P<0.05). The time of opening eyes, ears open and turning around and reach the upper rim end of the board of newborn rats in the model group were significantly longer than the control group (P<0.01, P<0.05), which was reversed by massage (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Spinal massage can promote growth and development of pups with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,it may be one of the effective means of intorvention in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
