Today the iatrogenic and drug-induced disease caused by the modern medicine has become prominent increasingly，so the traditional medicine aiming to prevent and treat diseases with natural drug becomes a major orientation of international pharmaceutical development. For the development of traditional medicine，internationalization has become an inevitable development trend and important opportunity. As an important component of traditional Chinese medicine，National medicine has abundant resources and long history. For historical and practical reasons，our national medicine is facing some difficulties in the process of international development. In this paper，through analyzing comprehensively these issues author has gave some countermeasures in order to help the international development of TCM.
