This paper selects the typical cases which are about constitution identification from Zhu Dan Xi's medical records. In order to understand the ancients' ideas about physical identification， These cases are analyzed and summarized according to the classification of Constitution of TCM， Summarizing their experience will improve the level of clinical efficacy and play a positive role in diagnosis and treatment.
