Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the Phenomenex LUNA-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column, the mobile phase consisted of MeOH(21)-H2O(79), the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1, the column temperature was 30℃, The UV detector was set at 250nm. Results The linear response range was 0.023~0.460mg/ml(r=0.9999). The average recovery of puerarin was 99.1%, and RSD1.52%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of Puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule.
