Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the Phenomenex LUNA-C18（4.6mm×250mm，5μm） column， the mobile phase consisted of MeOH（21）-H2O（79）， the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1， the column temperature was 30℃， The UV detector was set at 250nm. Results The linear response range was 0.023～0.460mg/ml（r=0.9999）. The average recovery of puerarin was 99.1%， and RSD1.52%. Conclusion The method is simple， rapid， accurate and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of Puerarin in Biaoxu Ganmao Granule.
