This paper reviews the clinic application of insect herbs in “Jin Gui Yao Lue”. To explore the efficacy and species of the insect herbs， and to disscuss the special advantages of the insect herbs in the treatment of rheumatism. Two clinical cases reveal the clinical efficacy of the insect herbs to treat rheumatism. With the clinical practice to discuss the matters need attention when use of insect herbs. Expect to be benificial to the clinical practice.
