Modern medicine in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis lack of effective treatment means. In recent years， Scholars of traditional Chinese medicine also makes a deep research in this disease， and achieved good clinical curative effect， and show the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine. According to relevant Chinese medicine theory knowledge and modern research results， the author thinks that the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis should be paid more attention to the kidney. We should make further study of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease， and taking as direction， do more animal experiment researches， and clinical researches， then work out the normative therapeutic regimen of this disease.
