Objective Reflect the present situation and development trend of the micro needle analgesia in last decade. Methods Using the method of Bibliometrics， China journal full-text database search the related literature of micro needle analgesia， and carries on the analysis of bibliometrics， from the year distribution of literature， a variety of micro needle therapy literature distribution statistics， literature type， preliminary research in the field of research and analysis the status quo. Results The research includeds the 590 articles， micro needle analgesia research literature were slowly rising trend；Different kinds of micro needle therapy literature quantity difference；Mechanism of literature focuses on clinical research， research literature exist are few in number. Conclusion The micro needle analgesic research is gradually received recognition and attention. But need to furtherstrengthen the mechanism research， provide theoretical guidance for clinical， make a further promotion and application of micro needle therapy system.
