Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Small needle knife and stellate ganglion block for the treatment of cervical vertigo by observing vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity in TCD. Methods Eighty patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Small needle knife and stellate ganglion block. The control group was treated with acupuncture. The clinical effect was evaluated by the patients’ symptoms, physical signs and vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity. Results Contrast with control group, the patients’ symptoms, physical signs and vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity got much better than treatment group. Conclusion Small needle knife and stellate ganglion block is an effective method for the treatment of cervical vertigo, which is worth clinical application.
