The quality of clinical trials a direct result of how to select therapeutic effect index， a complete set of clinical evaluation system fully reflects all aspects of the trial， accordingly offer high quality basis for the evidence-based medicine. at present， we are in the primary stage in establishing clinical evaluation system of clinical trials about TCM， this study used Delphi method to establish clinical evaluation system of ischemic stroke convalescence treated by acupuncture based on document analysis， look forward to provide guidance for follow-up study.
