Results The inspection of incorporative efficiency of disease effective ratio OR（fixed）= 3. 05， 95% CI for [2. 36， 3. 96]（P<0. 01）； The inspection of incorporative efficiency of VAS efficiency OR（random）= -0. 78， The 95% confidence interval（CI） for [-1. 15， -0. 42]（P<0. 01）. Conclusion The efficiency of disease and VAS which sacral injection treating lumbar intervertebral discherniation is super than the control group.
