Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine （tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen and regulating the liver）method and the curative effect of acupuncture and irregular menstruation of embryos after repeated implantation failure. Methods The embryos after 3 times of repeated implantation failure of irregular menstruation in patients with a total of 60patients， divided into treatment group and control group， 30 cases in each group， compared two groups of patients with menstrual cycle， the quantity， pregnancy rate. Results After treatment， the total effective rate of treatment group 90%， control group， the total efficiency of 87%， no significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）；treatment group had more significant effect inmenorrhagia， uterine recovery. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in patients after repeated implantation failure period， the recovery rate in the treatment of the embryo， is expected to increase the naturalpregnancy rate in patients with RIF.
