The experiences of professor Lu Deming in treating virological skin diseases are summarized， diagnostic and therapeutic thoughts of “clearing heat first， dispelling exogenous pathogen without forgetting strengthening body resistance” and “identifying disease firstly and syndrome secondly， considering disease and syndrome together” are raised. Detailed therapeutic methods are also provided for clinical practice reference.
