The Achang nationality traditional medicine have no written records， it mainly by oral inheritance， In this paper， through the interview Achang folk medicine or village doctor， field investigation about the present situation of the inheritance of the traditional medicine of the Achang， the results indicate， Achang Nationality Traditional Medicine the method of non-single inheritance and family as the main line in the process of inheritage， is the most important factors which can be spread to today.
