In this paper we have summarized the major syndromes and medicine regularity from TCM literatures of precocious puberty from 2004 to 2013， which would be of great value for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The differences of syndromes and treatment methods between North and South due to geographical differences would be researched at the same time.
