Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture treatment of Serious functional constipation. Methods EA therapy. Point Selection：Taint（bilateral）， abdominal junction （bilateral）， Shinjuku（bilateral）；Through recording the daily defecation situation in patient with defecation diary card to observe 1 typical case from acupuncture clinic. Results The patient achieved clinical cure after eight weeks of electro-acupuncture treatment. Conclusion The curative effect of EA therapy on functional constipation is distinct， worthy of clinical promotion.
