    摘要:

    目的采用紫外分光光度法测定芒果苷苷元的解离常数。方法将芒果苷苷元溶于一系 列的pH值磷酸缓冲盐溶液中,并在芒果苷苷元合适的波长处分别测定吸光值并计算其pKa值。 结果以253nm和315nm作为分析波长,利用作图软件拟合曲线求出拐点即是芒果苷苷元的解离 常数,计算得到平均值为6.72。结论通过紫外分光光度法测定了芒果苷元的解离常数,对进 一步研究芒果苷苷元的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄等具有重要的参考意义。该方法简单快速,准 确可靠。 650100; 3.云南芒泰高尿酸痛风研究中心,云南昆明650100

    Abstract:

    Objective To determine dissociation constants of norathyriol by UV spectrophotometry. Methods Norathyriol was dissolved in phosphate buffer solution of different pH values, and the pKa values were calculated according to the measured absorbance of the solutions. Results The pKa value was found to be 6. 72 which the point of inflection using mapping software fitting curves using wavelengths 253 and 315 nm for the determination respectively. Conclusion The dissociation constant of norathyriol was determined using ultraviolet spectrometry. It has important reference significance for the investigations of absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of the drug. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
