Objective Discuss the relationship between the expression of fiber bronchoscope and TCM syndrome by researching the expression of fiber bronchoscope of the patients of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung. Methods Collected 36 patients who were diagnosed with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung and accept the check of fibre bronchoscopy， observed the expression of fiber bronchoscope of these patients. Results The main color observed by fiber bronchoscope of these patients who were diagnosed with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung was congestion， accounted for 77.8%， the main form was edema， accounted for 47.2%， the main secretions was yellow and white phlegm， each accounted for 27.8% and 38.9%. Conclusion The main expression observed by fiber bronchoscope of these patients who were diagnosed with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung was congestion， edema， and yellow and white phlegm.
