    摘要:

    目的优选侧柏叶总黄酮的提取工艺条件。方法以总黄酮提取率为指标,通过Box-Behnken效应面法考察乙醇浓度、溶剂体积、提取时间对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为加15.70倍量75.44%乙醇,提取2次,每次86.46min。侧柏叶总黄酮提取率1.6728%.结论优选的提取工艺稳定可行,数学模型的预测值与试验观察值相符。

    Abstract:

    Objective To optimize extraction technology of totals flavonoids from Platycladi cacumen. Methods With extraction rate of total flavonoids as dependent variable, ethanol concentration, solvent volume and extraction time as independent variables, Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize of extraction technology. Results Optimum process parameters were obtained as followings:15.70 times the amount of 75.44% ethanol, extracted 2 times with 86. 46 min per time. Extraction rate of totals flavonoids was 1.6728%. Conclusion This optimized technology was stable and feasible. The predictive value of mathematical model and the experimental observation value was fitted.
