Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis by orthopedics and traumatologyⅡand Qizheng xiaotong plaster. Methods 94 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into several groups， set up the control groups：one was used Qizheng xiaotong plaster alone and the other was singly used orthopedics and traumatologyⅡ. Local pain， tenderness and function were observed during the groups before and after treatment. Results：3 cases of the 94 patients were quit for skin allergies， the others had a good treatment effect， less pain and better knee function， but the combined treatment group was effectively improved than the control groups（P<0. 05）. Conclusion：Orthopedics and traumatologyⅡand Qizheng xiaotong plaster has a lasting and satisfactory effect and less side reactions on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（DN therapy）， which can effectively avoid skin allergies and is worthy of wide clinical application.
