Abstract:Objective To establish analysis method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) fingerprint on HH capsules, to developed its characteristic fingerprint component groups. Methods HPLC with Dalian Elite ODS-BP C18 column 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) was used, detection wavelength was 230nm; column temperature was 30℃; flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; mobile phase: A phase with 0.1% phosphoric acid, B phase with acetonitrile, gradient elution performed. Results The final calibrated 14 characteristic peaks constituted HH capsules fingerprint. By comparison with the standard, determined the 1st peak gallic acid, the 8th peak Corilagin, the 9th peak polydatin, the 10th peak of ellagic acid, the 13th peak of glycyrrhizin, the 14th Feng Qi oleanolic acid. Conclusion HPLC method is accurate, reliable, and can provide a basis for quality evaluation and identification of HH capsules, and provide some reference for material fundamental research.
