Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effects of treatment on lumbar disc herniation with shaking manipulation when bending the knees on supine position. Methods 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by using random number table method. Patients of treatment group were administrated with shaking manipulation when bending the knees on supine position after tract 30 minutes on traction bed, the control group were administrated with ordinary manipulation after tract 30 minutes on traction bed. 1 time every 2 days、 10 times for a course of treatment, compare the curative effects after 1 course. Results The effective rate of treatment group was better than control group. There was statistical difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05); symptoms and signs were both improved after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion The shaking manipulation when bending the knees on supine position is Simple operation and effective on lumbar disc herniation, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
