    摘要:

    目的〓研究灯盏花乙素原料药含水类型及水分测定方法。方法〓采用热重分析(Thermogravimetric Analysis,TGA)、示差扫描量热法(Differential Scanning Calorimetry,DSC)、温度控制X-射线粉末衍射(X-ray Powder Diffraction,XRPD)方法研究了灯盏花乙素原料药的含水类型。采用常温减压烘干,恒温减压烘干,卡式水分滴定三种方法测定灯盏花乙素原料药中的水分。结果〓灯盏花乙素含有二分子结晶水和少量吸附水,水分测定方法优选卡式水分滴定法。结论〓灯盏花乙素为二水合物,且升温脱水后降温放置易重新形成二水合物。

    Abstract:

    Objective To study on the type of water in Scutellarin and the method of measuring water content. Methods Investigate the type of water in Scutllarin with TGA, DSC and temperature controlled XRPD. Compare three measurements of water, which are LOD(RT, 2. 67 kPa), LOD(60 ℃, 2. 67 kPa)and Karl Fischer method. Results There were two-molecule crystal water and a little of absorption water in Scutellarin. The Karl Fischer method is better than the other two methods for the measurement of water content in Scutellarin. Conclusion Scutellarin was a dihydrate. If being dehydrated by heating up, it will regain the crystal water and become dihydrate when exposed in humid environment under room temperature.
