    摘要:

    目的〓建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定6种矿物类中药材中微量元素含量的方法。方法〓样品经过微波消解后,采用ICP-MS法对Pb、Mn、Cd、Cu、Cr、Zn、Ni 7种元素进行同时测定。结果〓对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数r>0.9991,回收率为89.3%~107.6%,RSD<10.9%. 结论〓本研究所建立的微波消解-ICP-MS法快速、准确、简便、灵敏度高,为不同产地不同种类的矿物类中药材中微量元素含量测定提供了方法。

    Abstract:

    Objective To establish a ICP-MS method for the determination of trace elements in six traditional Chinese medicines. Methods Samples were digested by closed-versel microwave. The seven trace elements of Pb,Mn,Cd,Cu,Cr,Zn and Ni were directly analyzed by ICP-MS. Results For all of the analyzed trace elements, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0.9991. The recovery rates of the procedure were 89.3% to 107.6%, and its RSD was lower than 10.9%. Conclusion This method was convenient, quick-acquired, accurate and highly sensitive. The method can be used for the quality control of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicines and for the contents determination of traditional Chinese medicines from different habitats and species.
