Localization of Traditional Chinese Medicine in West and Universal Value of Chinese Culture—— The Importance of the Social Sciences Studies for the Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The “Western Chinese Medicines” of acupuncture offer us special cases of cultural transmission. The focus of the study is no more on clinical level， even not on culture of Chinese medicine， but on its new social environments. This will be a challenge and a chance for universities of traditional Chinese medicine to create a way of the social sciences studies.
