    摘要:

    目的 制备苍艾混合挥发油的羟丙基-β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物并且对其进行鉴别。方法 以苍艾挥发油的包合率和包合物收得率作为综合评价指标,对饱和水溶液法,采用正交试验优选包合工艺条件;通过差示扫描量热分析仪法(DSC)、紫外扫描(UV)以及薄层色谱法(TLC)对包合物进行分析。结果 最佳包合工艺:挥发油与羟丙基-β-环糊精投料比为1∶15(mL∶g),包合温度40 ℃,搅拌时间3 h,DSC及TLC均显示挥发油与β-CD已形成包合物。结论 优选包合工艺可行,苍艾挥发油经包合后,溶解度及稳定性得到了改善;综合评价指标可作为工艺筛选指标和制剂质量的控制依据。

    Abstract:

    Objective To prepare and identify HP-β-cyclo dextrin(β-CD )inclusion compound of Cang Ai volatile oil. Methods With the inclusion rate of Cang Ai volatile oil-β-CD complex and the yield of volatile oil HP-β-CD complex as evaluating indicators, saturated water solution method was investigated. Orthogonal design was used to select the optimum formulation. The volatile oil HP-β-CD complex was identified by DSC, UV and TLC. Results The optimum inclusion conditions were as follows:volatile oil:HP-β-CD in proportion as 1∶15(mL∶g), inclusion temperature of 40℃, mixing time of 3h, analysis results of DSC and TLC showed that stable inclusion compound has been formed from volatile oil and HP-β-CD. Conclusion The optimum condition for inclusion was feasible, solubility and stability which were improved after incusing by HP-β-CD. The comprehensive evaluating indicators may provide scientific basis for both screening the technological process and quality control.
