Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of herbal decoction pieces of leech in treatment of chemotherapy phlebitis. Methods Select 44 chemotherapy phlebitis patients as the research object， through oral herbal decoction pieces of leech， observe more patients in the treatment of TCM symptoms and physical signs before and after integration， clinical efficacy， some live clotting enzyme time（APTT）， prothrombin time（PT） and fibrinogen（FIB）， D-dimer， thromboxane B2（TXB2） index level changes. Results Compared with before treatment， after treatment in patients with extended APTT and PT， there was a slight change to the FBI， symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine integral， D-dimer， TXB2， etc all have different degrees of improvement.
