Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of advanced intervention and catgut implantation at acupoints for the patients with mixed hemorrhoid operation. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, forty -one patients in treatment group and thirty-nine patients in the control group. The control group with long-acting anesthetic compound methylene blue locally invasive treatment;treatment group through advanced intervention and acupoint catgut implantation. Observed scores of patients, duration of pain scores and voiding score when the 1d, 2d, 4d, 7d after surgery. Results The Pain score, duration of pain scores and voiding scores of treatment group and the control group were significantly different, the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention of advanced intervention and acupoint catgut implantation can significantly reduce postoperative pain and shorten duration between pain and improve postoperative voiding.
