    摘要:

    目的〓对广东产药用植物纤花线纹香茶菜全草进行化学成分研究,以期从中发现具有药理活性的先导化合物。方法〓将大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱与制备型高效液相色谱法相结合进行化合物的分离纯化,并通过理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果〓从采自广东的纤花线纹香茶菜全草丙酮提取物中,分离鉴定了7个单体化合物,分别为2-hydroxydiplopterol(1);乌苏酸(2);乌发醇(3);豆甾醇(4);β-谷甾醇(5);dibutyl terephthalate(6);dipropyl octadecanedioate(7)。结论〓在对纤花线纹香茶菜全草的化学成分进行研究的过程中,分离鉴定了7个单体化合物。其中,化合物1-3为三萜类型,化合物4,5为甾醇类型,化合物6,7为结构对称的酯类化合物,且化合物1-3,6,7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Isodon lophanthoides var. graciliflora which collected in Guangdong, with a view to discovering the lead compounds with pharmacological activity. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by the combination of macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy data. Results Seven known compounds were isolated from the acetone extract of Isodon lophanthoides var. graciliflora. They are 2-hydroxydiplopterol(1);ursolic acid(2); uvaol(3); stigmasterol(4); β-sitosterol(5);dibutyl terephthalate(6); dipropyl octadecanedioate(7). Conclusion Seven compounds were isolated and identified in the process of studying the chemical constituents of the whole plant. Among them, compounds 1-3 are triterpenoids, compounds 4 and 5 are sterol type, compounds 6, 7 are structurally symmetrical ester type, and 1-3, 6, 7 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
